Flying visit
Ideal location, good value and very comfortable for a short visit. Very warm welcome and delicious breakfast - loved the home-made marmalade! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location
Excellent all round, room, breakfast and facilities. Easy walk into town but peaceful at night. Parking on sight.
The owners are in the right job, doing an excellent job of making guest welcome.

Great place to stay!
I had a great couple of days at Ranscombe House - ideally situated for the town and harbour, nice room with a great view over the bay (not always guaranteed for a single traveller!), and helpful and pleasant hosts. The breakfast was great - just enough and good quality ingrediants. All in all, I thoroughly recommend it.

nice stay
Rooms a little small but an upgrade made it a very pleasent stay.
Hosts were attentive but not intrusive.Breakfast excellent. All in all good.

enjoyable stay
We both really enjoyed our stay at Ransombe house, it was exactly what we were looking for. It has good parking and is only a short walk to the harbour and town centre. Our room had a sea view which was great at night. The room itself was big enough for our needs and was nice and clean. the bed was spotless and was very comfortable, we both slept very well.
To be honest we like our privacy but it was great as we were left alone to relax but tended to straight away if we needed to be.
Richard was a real gentleman and the breakfast and in particular the coffee was
superb. I would definetely stay there again
and would recomend it to anyone who wants a
quiet and confortable relaxing stay in
Brixham.

Lovely Break
Really Recommend this hotel for its warmth and welcome atmosphere. The people that run the place were lovely and friendly and I couldn't fault the hotel one bit. Will return to this hotel for next visit definitely.
